Jeevan's family immigrated from India in the early 70s. She discusses challenges facing immigrants, participating in the Administration Co-op program at UTSC in the mid-80s, and the changes in diversity on Scarborough campus from the 80s to 2015. Jeevan reflects on the changes in services and technology and her role as a person of colour working in university administration.
