Mary Ann Vernon made her first connection with the Scarborough campus in 1975. Attending Scarborough College as an undergraduate, she studied English and Philosophy. After two years at the College, Mary Ann attended UofT law school. In 1995, she returned to the campus to take up a technician position in the university library. Mary Ann reflects on student life at Scarborough College, the operational structure of the library, and the experience of moving the library from the R-Wing to the newly constructed ARC building in the early 2000s. Mary Ann is currently the User Services Loan Services Team Lead and works on several special projects for the library.
