Shelby Verboven is currently the Registrar and Director of Enrolment Management for UTSC. Since 2012, Shelby has worked in enrolment management and admissions on campus. Shelby reflects on her long career in enrolment and admissions operations, her experiences on campus, the incredible growth in UTSC's student population since 2000, the Scarborough community, UTSC's place within the broader UofT community, and the ways in which the COVID-19 pandemic has shifted how she performs her role.
