Ruth Louden began her long career at UTSC in the early 2000s as the manager for the Arts & Science Co-op office. In this role, Ruth advised co-op students seeking work terms, coorindated with external employers, and managed the office team. Some years later, Ruth sought a new role as an academic/career advisor in the Academic Advising & Career Counseling office. Ruth reflects on the co-op office, her wonderful experiences advising students, and the campus culture. Ruth is currently a career coach providing young adults with the tools to prepare for career exploration.
