Kyomi Hastings Duncan began her career at UTSC in 2001 as a Student Liasion Officer in the Registrar's Office. During her 20 years on campus, Kyomi has been exceptionally active in sparking UTSC's incredible growth in student population through her role in student recruitment. Kyomi reflects on student recruitment, Scarborough, and the campus culture. For the past ten years, Kyomi has become particularly active in equity and diversity work on campus; she participates in a number of committees that strive to make change for People of Colour in the university system. Kyomi is currently Assistant Registrar and Manager of Student Recruitment.
