Submission from Corlie Rimaud (Homesick), 2023
"All my life, I have been lucky enough to travel the world and to experience new cultures. Whether it would be living with my family, my friends or by myself, I would love to immerse myself in a new country. However, that comes with a price. The price of missing home. Being such a global citizen, I have never felt like I had a home to go back to. Having a home was not a concept in my life because for me, home was not a place but the people I love. Through this project, I wanted to share my perspective and my own take on homesickness. I hope you enjoy!"
